After a few hours they began to swell and open up. When I picked them up they turned to mush. What did I do wrong to get this mushy mess? Water was room temperature. This will not make tapioca pudding (I think)

Writing Toolbar is misssing above the Compose writing area so I can't change font --size, color, etc.,and can't add a live link to an email.
