    Healthy meals to eat while on a diet?

    I'm going to start bringing my old lunch to school everyday. & I'm not quite sure what to bring. I want something healthy, of course. :) What's something healthy for breakfast, lunch, & dinner? I'd like to lose some weight by next summer. Thanks!
