I would weigh 95% rider to 5% bike because most of those bikes act very similar correct? Because it always seems Reed and Stewart find their way back from the back of the pack. Would you agree? Basically what I'm asking is that one manufacturer is not better who eventually wins, it is the rider?

Looking into buying a generator at my local hardware store and one has a 5.5HP Honda engine and the other is a 6HP Briggs and Stratton. The one with the Honda engine is $40 dollars more however. Should I just pay the extra for the Honda engine?
