if you do this you can customize the phone but it will no longer download updates so when new software comes out you will be stuck with the old one i dont recommend doing this

The silver paint on the shift knob is chipping off a bit, I want to replace it with something cooler looking anyways, I am unsure as to how to remove it though, anyone out there know how? I do not see any screws or anything.
