What bad can come from eating before jogging? I know stomach cramps can come with excessive eating, but what if I just ate a few salad leaves before I went jogging? Does exercise hinder the absorption of nutrients?
If you took this class in HIgh school please answer. The two smartest people in my school last year both scored a 1 on the test so I'm having second thoughts about it now and wondering if I should switch out of it.
