My 95 jeep wrangler has a switch you press to turn on the headlights and then a dial next to it so i can change the brightness of the dashboard. but everytime i put this switch to on, it turns the brights on. i cannot figure out how to turn the headlights on without having the brights on.

I just bought a 95 Jeep wrangler with no top. i have no hardware or anything to put a top on. i want a soft top and the guy i bought it from said that the fish net top is good but i cant find one anywhere. anyhelp is appreciated. i dont have much money to spend so the cheaper the better.
