    Have i eaten healthy today ?

    morning - 3 toasts lunch - ham cheese sandwich drinks - water evening - 3 toasts and a tiny cake dinner - roast chicken its my cheat/rest day, i eat healthy (well under 2000 calories) and do cardio everyday, is this day okay for me ?? will my workout still be effective tomorow.

    IS this a good healthy eating plan ?

    breakfast - quaker oats with milk snacks - fruits lunch - two white toast (for gods sake its toast) with butter or a sandwich snacks - this fruit bar dinner - white rice and veggies/steamed fish or meat i also exercise/cardio everyday. im not fat just keeping fit, am i still burning more...

    Is steamed fish (Chinese style) healthy ?

    u know them boild (not western style cooked) fish that chinese people eat, with some little soya sauce on top. is it healthy ?? i just ate one after my workout for dinner.
