...find him first? A man bounced my check and then vanished. I dont know where he lives. He might be in China now. He is American citizen. In this case, can i still be able to sue him. Should i go to small court? If i would like to sue him, do the court require me to find him first?

sorry note,? I had someone call me and tell me I owe 600.00 and if I did not pay them threw a fax that they were going to have me arrested and I would not recieve my paychecks anymore and I would end up oweing them 8,000. When I call them back I do not recieve a company name or anything.
