    ...rather worrying.? Why would a video wallpaper need access to your phonebook and is it safe to download these?

    which mobiles have free internet access?

    Any mobile with wi-fi is free internet access when within reach of a wi-fi connection, but otherwise I dont know of any that give free internet without wi-fi.
