A few questions about the gym...?
Hey!! I was wondering if there was a sort of training i could do at the gym that would just make me lose fat and not gain muscles.. Which one is better at the gym?
Is it better to go to the gym 2 times a week for an hour or go 4 times a week for half an hour?? Thanks
