    how should your knees come up when biking?

    i think that your seat should be so that your knees are coming up at 90 degree angles (or perpendicular to your chest) my friend says that they should come up at a bigger angle then 90 degrees, and that they shouldn't come up as high as i have it. well i have no idea what to think now so....
