    If we wish to spread the wealth and boost the economy why don't we just go

    after those billionaires -the top 1? the billionaires-the top 1% who have 80% of the wealth. That is tax wealth not income . And maybe some kind of cap- one guy owning 4 million acres-- let's spread it around.. We can have a rule for the top 1%-- a nice spreading rule
