why are the orbit of electrons dictated by the magnetic dipole magnitude and why...

...9.3e-24Am^2? i know how to derive the bohr magneton, but i don't understand why the magnetic dipole magnitude of the orbit of the electron has to be multiples of the bm. halp!!!! ARg..... im asking WHY do these things have to be quantized.

What are the conditions for an inelastic collision?

the conditions for an elastic collision are rigid bodies, and a closed system, but i thought these were the conditions for an inelastic collision, what's different about an inelastic one then? i know kinetic energy is not conserved here but i mean what's the conditions that are different in...

I love physics but i don't wanna go into any one field What kind of scientist...

...should i be? education time? pay? I love physics because in short, all chemistry, biology, meteorology, archaeology, etc etc etc can be summed up in "physical" equations, but i've come to realize that just as a physicist who knows how electricity works does not know about networks of...

    physics help please..?

you have a total mass of 37.3 and that total is 5.94x10^23 atoms. what you do is you just divide 37.3 by that number. 37.3/(5.94x10^23)=6.2795x10^ -23 so that would be 0.62795 yoctograms.
