Well i bouqht a small blue bell ice cream and it had the top but it didnt have the paper like haaqen dauz which has a lil silver paper.Do blue bell ice cream have those papers? Im scared now .>.>

OKay i want to know how to put one picture on another picture.
For example a picture of me and i want a picture off..."my dog" in the back so i get a picture from google and put it there but how do i move it.ive looked everywhere!
