I tried downloading it off of eMule-Project, but for some reason it just downloads 11 KB of it and says it's done. I've tried clearing my IE cache, and everything, but it still just downloads only 11 KB. Can someone tell me if my comp's flucked up, or if it's just the eMule server. If not....are...

I have a 95 Ford f150 4x4 4.9l 5speed, with 6" lift and 35's. I am getting about 10 mpg and it's getting old very fast. It's got a K&N replacement filter, exhaust, I take good care of it and am very easy on throttle. any tips to improve my gas mileage??? thanks! I also use lucas upper...
