Recently Chrome hangs for a second while loading pages clicking on links or simply scrolling. I cannot move the mouse and my CPU usage jumps up from 19% to around 80%. I cleared my cache and Chrome is up to date. Pretty sure I don't have a virus also. I'm using Vista 32bit.
