I need some advice on phlem in my throut. The Phlem is tight and if i manage to clear my nose/throut, the phlem is clear (sometimes bloody) tiny "balls". It is very uncomfortable. I have used sinus tabs, allergy tabs, sprays, and nasal wash bottle?? :(
