I have a LG Dare fully flashed, MMS works fine but everytime I access the web I get a error "wap cannot be accessed. You dont have access to the site" Does anyone know the code to get in service menu?

On the site it says it is but when I called to ask I was told that only phones with the tri-band logo/symbol on the back were tri-band. My Zio does not have that. Are the Zio's tri-band? I'm hoping it works in Las Vegas.
