I love music, but I can't seem to find the beat of any song to save my goddam life. I will tap my foot or finger to what I feel is the beat, but I don't think I am right. I know it is more of a spur of the moment thing, but any tips to help me out?

Does anyone think these are worth paying for? You usually get a few free tickets, then discounted tickets, no booking fees, and occasional members-only free screenings, but the downside is the chains are small and tend to have the same films at each cinema (eg Curzons, Picturehouses). Any views?

What I would really like to find is a list of all bars and restaurants by legal seating capacity. Who maintains this data -- the Fire Department, Department of Health. or Department of Buildings? There has got to be some publicly available info such as permits or filings to look through.
