Hi am new to this site and wondered what can be done to help slow down muscle wasting due to RA and 25 years on prednislinone.. Have developed bursitis in hip and shoulders and find exercise sometimes hard. Do exercise when up to it and have never given in to RA. Any ideas out there please ?:jester:
