I'm hungry at all times of day. I eat regularly like 3 meals or sometimes 2 meals but I'm hungry between meals and in the middle of the night (like at 4am, I stay up late). Obviously I can't eat at 4am. Why am I so hungry and how can I stop being hungry at bad times?
