I am having the same issue with laggy 3G. I am on the new (i think) nationwide 4399prl in cincinnati. I seem to be having trouble with wifi tethering also....I can connect but error on dl web pages. It seems like it effects the 3g when switching off tether also b/c I get connectivity errors...
