    How do I know who the judge is, I need to ask for a extension. I ran a red light.?

    I ran a red light, had a court date, had it extend, and now need it extend a few more days. I called the court and they said I can only the judge for a extension but I would probably get one. So my question is, how would I know who the judge is, would I just address it dear judge,?
