I just got the phone and I know nothing about it! I want to set some of my music as my ringtones and text alerts.

I recently had to clean out my hard drive , and the Flash Player apparently got un-installed . I went to ADOBE'S website and tried downloading it again , but once it finishes downloading/installing , it doesn't work . I restarted my computer to see if that would help , and it didn't . Any ideas...
