I got a sst oryg detangler and it says to remove the upper headset cup. is the upper headest cup attached to the bike on some bmx? i cant get the lower stop plate on. so please help. is the sst oryg compatible with all bikes

I am getting a bmx bike and I want lightweight but what is lightweight like 20 pounds or 27 pounds. I mean what is considered lightweight and what is considered heavy? I am a beginner and i want to do flatland and street riding. I also have a budget of like 200-300 dollars
