    Why doesn't the yellow bar pop up when I try to install the new Adobe Flash Player?

    I have tried multiple times and it will not work. When I tried to watch a video on youtube, and it says that it may have Javascript off (but idk how to turn it off and idk how I can turn it back on) or I need to get a newer version of Adobe Flash Player. So I go to the link, and I press Agree...
