    Which is better ATT U-verse 1.5 Mbps or Comcast at 12Mbps?

    Can you video chat via skype on the new thunderbolt?

    I just got the thunderbolt and i was wondering if you can video chat with Skype...and if not what else can you do with the front facing camera...or is there a app already installed that allows you to do it ...and most importantly can you Skype with someone whose is using Skype on there PC.
