I have spotted a pair of Sun Rims ditch Witch's for 55 GBP but I have been told they are heavy and weak
Dose any one know if this is a good deal
Or know of any other pair of wheels that are better that go for around 55 GBP

Im looking to but a Petrol engine kit for my bike and i was wandering is it illegal to use in the UK?
Is there a age limit on them?
Do i need to tax them and stuff?
