I want to put a Cat back exhaust system on my Scion Tc.
Will I be able to pass inspection in NC?

i got the rubber out but i can not get the metal part out. i havr tried to bang it out with a chisel and hammer but no luck can some one let me know how to get this out with out a press. inner bushing in front lower control arm 1995 honda civic
