    Why are good cycling bikes are so expensive? It doesn't even have a motor?

    they could easily get as expensive as motor bikes. i just want one for road cycling. i will be cycling in groups. what is the standard price bike for someone just doing it as a hobby?

    How much is a decent road cycling bike?

    decent- good- excellent- I am a starter and I don't know about being competitive about it but I do want to do it as a hobby I have biked before though
