    Is the "fuel shut off relay" the same as the "pgm relay" in an '88 honda accord?

    basically when it's hot out, the car won't start. I thought it was the "pgm relay" but someone said they were certain it was the "fuel shut off relay." Aren't they the same part located under the dash? thanks!
