    cannondale bike f500 question?

    i got cannondale bike bought it 1000$ 6 years ago its mountain bike it has normal brakes i was wondering if i can upgrade it to disk brake and what esle i can upgrade to make it better bike? if i can how much it would cost me idk if its called f500 but body looks exactly like that.

    Can you ride a bicycle without wearing a helmet? If cop catch you do they give u a ticket?
