    What fruits can I cook in a Cooked Fruit 'n' Crunch Parfait?

    I am doing a competition at school and I have decided to make a Fruit 'n' Crunch Parfait, but a little effort will be needed in it, so I decided to make the Crunch part (which will be flapjacks but without the syrup and crumbled up) and cook some fruit. But what fruit can I cook?
