    Jeep won't turn over unless it's in Neutral & even then it turns off. What could

    be wrong? My 93 Jeep Wagoner will not turn over. You can turn the key and it will make noise as if it wants to start but it never get that kick, it never ignites and actually starts. It has a new fuel pump, ignition tumbler and the computer is only a few years old. Any mechanics out there know...
