    My left arm at the top hurts a lot when I move it like sharp pain like its ripping....

    ...Did I pull a muscle? Recently my left arm at the top area when I move it hurts a lot. Kind of sharp pain and feels like its ripping or going to break. What is it? Did I pull a muscle it also feels heavier/stiffer then right arm.

    Why is my html file showing weird text at the top of my web page?
