2002 buick century rejection by emissions?
i have a buick century and it has been rejected twice by emissions, all i have to do is drive it so the computer will read that the catalytic converter is fixed but thing is i need up to date plates to drive but cant get plates unless the car passes. So what should i do about this im in a lose... -
