    HTC Touch 2 alarm problem?

    Hi...i really badly need help!! My alarm does not make any sound or even vibrate when my volume is on max!! My phone is a "HTC Touch 2"...NOT a htc pro touch 2....everyone seems to have a solution to pro touch but not mine.....I would really appreciate it because i need to wake up on time...
