    Got a sidekick 3 won't charge battery, even tried new battery what is up?

    Had it worked for about a week. Noticed didn't charge the battery past 2/3 bars. Then died completely. Figured it was battery got new one now it's at charging screen saying will turn on after few minutes of charging but never gets past that never charges it.
