I was noticing that outside on the telephone pole that there are colored tags that Time Warner Cable puts on the coax cable line. There are two tags a yellow and green. The tags are plastic with a metal loop on them. What do they mean?

My truck does not shift in to drive properly and wont shift into overdrive at all could this be the kick down cable and is there another name for this part?

I hate it when I follow someone and they look into their rear-view mirror and see that big Toyota emblem and slow to a snails pace until I pass. What are some good ways to remove it? should I replace it with a different emblem? Should I just sell it instead?
