Hey guys, so for the past few weeks now i have been having serious problems. Everytime i turn my TV on, the screen is black for maybe 10minutes with no sound, then some slight picture will come through with sound, but only the top inch of the screen will show picture, the rest is all black...

so i read that you must go through marigold, which i have but i only end up coming out at grayditch.....what are the directions needed?
