    Lower right abdomen feels strained, And the muscle feels hard. What is it?

    It hurts to move, i dont know if i just strained the muscle but i wasn't doing anything drastic to make it happen. my side feels hard and it just hurts a lot. if anyone might know what this is, i would like to know!
