    I feel my clothes getting tighter and tighter, but the scale stays the same. What is going on?

    I have been drinking a lot lately but I stopped this week. The scale is the same...3 scales say I weigh the same, but my clothes are fitting tighter. I don't know if it's because I used a cheap detergent a few times and they shrunk or if I really did gain 'weight'. What do ya'll think?
