    You need a driver for your phone. That either came on a CD with your phone or you can download it from the manufacturer's website.

    You don't need to convert it. HQX is a compressed file format. I think it is from StuffIt. Get a decompression program that supports the HQX format and then it should pop out the original JPG (JPEG) file for you.
