The problem is that I added additional details to see if it would get me a better answer. Someone told me that it was ranting even though I wasn't trying to rant.
When any question that gets posted there can be reported as chatting. People are telling mke that it isn't for chatting when it is hence the name POLLS and SURVEYS.
