    is it easy to replace the brakes on a 2000 honda civic dx?

    im that guy that knows how to put on the spare tire... and i have replaced my head light bulb... oh and the windshield washer fluid spouts on the hood of my car... that's it so far lol i have seen at least 10 different videos of people doing it to their cars..

    I was told that I need Front brakes, transmission fluid changed and Left Outer Tie Rod End.... now my guess is the brakes are the bulk of the charge... i was told $400-$500. thanks ohh and i have about 113200 miles on my car and its starting to burn oil.. thanks to all for answers

    i have a 2000 honda civic and the jack that came with it... would it be safe to change its oil with only the jack the car came with it holding it up... it will probably be in the garage when i do it and i know where i can recycle the old oil... thanks for all answers
