    my dog is actin weird?

    My dogs whole body is shaking, he's running back and forth the house constantly and when i stop him he bites me and starts crying and biting himself like he has a flea on him, but he doesn't have fleas.     If the asking price on a foreclosed home is 1000.00 is that all you pay?

    I am looking at houses and some of these houses are going for less than 2000.00. Is that all I am going to play and I own the house in full? I am so confused on how this process works. Please Help. Thanks
