    Comprehensive instructions, German double bass bow?

    I need some easily understandable instructions on how to hold & play with a German double bass bow. The instruction books I have only teach for French, but I was given the German as I have bigger hands. Can anyone describe in detail how to hold it, or provide links to show me? Thank you!

    Best possible guitar amp?

    What is the best possible guitar amp I can buy within the price range of $250? It's been suggested I go for a Peavey or Mesa Boogie, but I hardly know what I'm doing when it comes to amps, I just know how to play. Any suggestions?
