I know a lot of people use NYX milk eyeliner...they're $4.99 and then shipping is an added $10.75 & I think that's way to expensive! So I was wondering if any stores sell the same colour for cheaper?
Anything I can take that is not harmful to me that will numb my nose for a bit so that I can't feel the pain when the needle goes through? I'm scared but I really want it.
