I have the chance to get a used hand-me-down from my aunt. It only has 40,000 miles on it. I still have my permit, but if I get the car it will be soon because i'm buying it from her, and that is when the insurance runs out (i.e we don't have to pay gift taxes). Is this a good car for me?
