    Lost Freeview on Philips 42"...?

    My parents have had there Philips 42" for about two years but Freeview have not worked on it properly. Once they tune it in and 'store / save' the channels it's fine but if they turn the telly off and back on they need to re-tune it again.. Any ideas??
